Description
- Specially designed for high-speed cutting of ceramic granite 20mm and thicker.
- Includes graphite chips that create a microporous structure.
- Subjected to laser segmentation to reduce thermal loads on the blade.
Since frost-resistant ceramic granite is used for outdoor work and can have a thickness of up to 1" (25mm). Due to its structure and thickness, it requires more effort to process compared to regular porcelain tile.
The project required precision and artistry. Louis decided to use a waterjet cutting machine to cut the porcelain tile, ensuring clean and neat cuts. With the help of the HARD CERAMICS ADVANCED diamond blade, he was able to cut the porcelain tile quickly and efficiently, preserving its strength and quality.
When the work was completed, the pool and the deck around it became a true work of art. The laying of the porcelain tile was flawless, and Louis was recognized for his craftsmanship.
